I am happy to entertain requests for new coats of arms to be added to the site, indeed it is my desire to include all the coats of arms that my visitors wish to view. However please take note of the following points.

• I am really busy - honestly - so it may take some time before you see any response.

• If you submitted a request a long time ago and I have not yet posted the coat of arms in which you are interested, the most likely explanation is that I have been unable to find one. This may be because none exists or because the spelling you submitted is a variant of some other name. If you believe the latter is the case, please resubmit the request and indicate which variant spellings you think might be possibly related to your name.

• Submitting the request in no way guarantees that the coat of arms will appear on the site. I use the information simply to get a picture of what coats of arms people are most interested in. I will use the information as a guide when updating the collection.

• I simply don't have the time to enter into email correspondence regarding individual requests. My free time is very limited. Neither do I have the time to email you if and when your requested coat of arms has been posted.

• If you are really desperate for a coat of arms, feel free to use my professional services. Prices are reasonable and you are guaranteed a response.

• I will not consider multiple votes from the same ISP address (your ISP address is recorded by the request form).

• If people insist on flooding me with the same request over and over, I will the request page down.
